All Champions Swim School lessons are booked through Calendly, the scheduling platform we use to keep everything in one calendar. You’ll see the coach’s real availability, choose the slot that fits your week, and have it confirmed straight away.

Live availability. Every open slot is shown in a calendar, so you can see exactly what’s free before you commit.
Everything we need, up front. The booking form asks for your swimmer’s age, skill level and anything to watch for, so the first lesson starts in the right place.
Instant confirmation. Your lesson is locked in the moment you book, with automatic reminders before each session.
Life happens. Need to move or cancel a lesson? Give us a text or a call and we’ll sort it out.

The Calendly booking form asks for everything the coach needs before day one: your child’s age, roughly where they’re at in the water, and anything worth knowing. Nervous about going under, a scare in the past, a medical consideration, all of it is useful.

It means the first lesson starts in exactly the right place instead of spending half of it working that out.
